Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all registrations, payments, and bookings made for participation in EDG Sports League (“EDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) programs, leagues, and events.

By registering for EDG Sports League, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Player injury or illness

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Missed games or practices

  • Team or player removal due to rule violations

  • Weather-related cancellations or venue closures

  • League or event format changes

2. Cancellations by EDG Sports League

If the league or event is canceled in full before the first game, participants may receive a credit toward a future EDG Sports League season or event, at our sole discretion.

Credits are non-transferable, must be used within 12 months, and have no cash value.

3. Rescheduling

EDG reserves the right to reschedule games or events due to weather, facility conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduled games will not qualify for refunds or credits if you are unable to attend.
